Long Description: Fish for world record Steelhead and Salmon on trophy waters. We feature the Kitimat River, its lower tidal section, the Douglas Channel and its freshwater micro-streams, the Nass River, the lower Skeena River Systems as well our class 1 fishery on the Kalum River. This professional guide service targets large size Steelhead and Chinook. Our home base is Kitimat, British Columbia, located on the mountainous north coast in Western Canada. We cater to fly fishermen and drift fishermen from around the world.
Our service offers licensed angling guides who are dedicated to safety. You will experience your fishing adventure by drift boat or jet boat. Outfitter services are located minutes from the Kitimat River. In addition, the local airport is on the outskirts of Terrace, British Columbia, located approximately sixty kilometers from Kitimat. There are two airlines servicing the Terrace Airport with at least three flights returning to Vancouver daily.

Extra Price Information: Picture yourself after a great day on the river your arms sore from landing so many fish. We pack the rods away, trailer the boat and climb up our private drive to the Lodge where a hot shower, a hot home cooked meal awaits you. We have coversation and talk about the days events and the next days adventure. Yes, this is the Upper Kalum Lodge and we are the only ones on the home stretch of Steelhead water before a raging canyon. Pictured is the lodge and its facilities to accommodate a group of up to fifteen guided fishermen.
This is a Classified Steelhead fishery that begins March 15th and ends October 15th. This is one of our lodges and all inclusive packages we offer to you the angler who wants that something extra in a trip up to the BC wilderness.
Another one of our lodges is located in Kitimat, home of the Kitimat River. The Steelhead fishery starts March15th, with a continuous run of Salmonoid species all year. This system is a non classified river that will be teeming with fish the entire season and anglers can expect to catch, Steelhead, Coho, Chum, Chinook, Sockeye, Pinks and Dollys all in a single day!
The Kitimat River flows into the Douglas Channel which is another part of our Jetboat adventure. We drop the crab traps in the morning and venture out on freshwater tributaries as well as running up the Kitimat River for fresh run Salmon. We also have access to a natural hot springs located in the channel for our guests to enjoy.
The Skeena River is another gem we cater to and this is also a part of our Jetboat adventures. World record Steelhead and Salmon are the runs and pools we put you into each day. All fish heading to upper systems, like the Babine, Copper,Sustut, Kispiox, etc, pass by your fly each day.
The Nass River is Located in Nisga territory, a very strong fishery. We have a lodge located in the village of Aiyansh, where your exclusive package includes, guided jetboat fishing with full accommodation and a setting that is like non other.
For the angler who is on a budget we can recommend bed and breakfast facilites, motels, camping, as well as lodging for you to keep your catch and cook your own meals.
