I wanted to thank you for putting together such a lovely package. All went according to plan and it was beyond our expectations. We loved Jasper and the people there. Food was fantastic at Andy's Bistro and LaFiesta, great chefs! Lake Louise was perfect, and the drive there..wow! Banff Fairmont was a little too busy, we'll stay in town next time.
My husband and I have decided to forego Europe this September and instead to visit Canada again.

Actually, my trip to Canada was great. My mom and I were especially pleased with the hotels in Toronto and Montreal. They were definitely the nicest I've ever stayed in. The best part of the trip was the tour of Niagara Falls, which was a lot of fun.

Cancellations: Cancellations & Refunds
Your deposit will be refunded, less a $100.00 administration fee, if we are advised of your cancellation, in writing, more than 60 days prior to the trip’s departure. For cancellations closer to the trip departure date the following cancellation charges apply;

Policies: Confirmation of Your Trip
A confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your deposit.
Detailed Travel Documentation
Once final payment has been received, you will be forwarded your final trip documents including a personalized trip itinerary with confirmation numbers, complete with driving or travel instructions, maps, brochures, guides to the region and applicable tickets.
Making Changes to your Reservation
Any changes made 60 to 45 days prior to departure are subject to a $30.00 fee for each change and, between 44 and 30 day prior to departure a $100.00 fee will be charged for each change made. Changes to the departure date, hotel or other components within 30 days of the departure ate, makes the booking subject to full cancellation charges plus any cancellation fees charges by the supplier(s).
Unused Services
We regret that NO REFUNDS will be made on unused services.
Trip Interruption Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase trip interruption insurance to protect your vacation investment.
Responsibility
Exclusively Canada Ltd. is responsible to you in making arrangements for the tour services offered, including transportation, sightseeing and hotel accommodation.
Exclusively Canada Ltd. acts as an agent for and makes arrangements with airlines, hotels, railroads, car rental, bus lines, cruise lines, adventure companies and other independent parties to provide you with the travel services and accommodations. Although great care is taken in choosing suppliers, we are unable to directly control them and therefore cannot be held responsible or liable for their acts or omissions. The travel services are subject to the conditions imposed by these suppliers and their liability may be limited by their tariffs, conditions of carriage and international conventions and agreements.
If after your travel commences, the services in the tour cannot be supplied or there are any changes to the itinerary for reasons beyond the controls of Exclusively Canada Ltd., they will endeavor to substitute comparable services or Exclusively Canada will provide a full refund. A full refund of monies shall constitute full settlement between Exclusively Canada Ltd. and yourself. Exclusively Canada Ltd. can assume no responsibility for lost tickets or vouchers.
In the unlikely event that you experience problems during your vacation, please forward a written account of your concerns to Exclusively Canada Ltd. within 30 days of completion of the service(s) in question. Exclusively Canada Ltd. cannot assist in resolving claims involving supplier(s) that are received after 30 days. Exclusively Canada Ltd. will make best efforts to deal with the supplier(s) in question and endeavor to receive a fair settlement for you from the supplier(s). |
