Price: from $150/day all in
Extra Price Information: We have a wide variety of trips available. Please check our web site or call our toll free line for prices and specials.
Prices and dates are subject to change and do not include GST.
Deposits: A deposit of 30% of the trip fee is required to hold your reservation. The balance of the fee is due 60 days prior to commencement after which time, there is no refund. Refunds will be made up to 60 days prior to the start of your trip. There is a $150 administration fee that will be deducted. You can pay your deposit by credit card without any extra charge. Our prices are quoted in Canadian dollars, US dollars, and Euros. If you choose to pay by credit card, understand that we have to process the payment in Canadian Funds, but that your credit card company will automatically change it to your currency. If you have paid your deposit in Canadian funds, please continue to make all further payments in Canadian funds to avoid any confusion in the daily changing exchange rate.
Final Payment: All bookings must be paid in full 60 days prior to the start of trip. We accept payment by certified cheque, money order, bank draft, Visa or Mastercard in Canadian dollars. All payments must have BBAT file number for proper credit. Overdue accounts will be charged interest prorated at 12% per annum.
Cancellations: Cancellation Policy: Will be in effect following written confirmation. This policy applies to all tours unless otherwise noted. Cancellation must be received in writing and fee subject to date received.Refunds will be made up to 60 days prior to the start of your trip. There is a $150 administration fee that will be deducted. |
