Cancellations: CANCELLATION PENALTIES
Owing to the costs involved with international travel and reservations, as well as certain hotel policies, full refunds, less a $50.00 per person handling fee, will be made only for cancellations made more than 30 days from departure. For cancellations between 15 and 29 days prior to departure, you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations 14 days or less from the date of departure are non-refundable. Payment in full is due 45 days prior to departure. Cancellations must be in writing and the penalties involved are based on the date of receipt in our office. We highly recommend trip cancellation insurance as a means of protection against unforeseen events that would cause you to have to cancel your trip.
