Long Description: Isles of Shoals Steamship Company offers a variety of cruises. The Isles of Shoals & Portsmouth Harbor Tour allows individuals an insight into the local history as well as some excitement by telling tales of Black Beard's buried treasure, and the ghosts that haunt the Isles. Dinner Cruises are catered by local restaurants. The All American BBQ is catered by Muddy River Smokehouse, a local favorite. Fosters Clambake caters the Lobster Clambake Cruise. Galley Hatch Catering aids in the Captains Fare dinners. Cruisers will undoubtably leave from these dinner cruises with full and satisfied stomachs. The Isles of Shoals Steamship Company is considered the "Home of the Party Ship" and lives up to this weighty title by offering up to three Party Ship Cruises each week. Each features live local talent and cash bar. Also offered by the Steamship Company are private charters, on which one may book a private company outing, wedding or party. Policies: Pre-payment is only required for evening cruises, special events and lighthouse cruises. Payment is accepted via Mastercard, Visa, check or cash. Prepaid reservations can be made by phone or via the Internet (Internet reservations only accepted for certain cruises). Reservations for day cruises can be made via phone or e-mail (e-mail us your desired cruise and date, the number in your party and a phone number where you may be reached).
Tickets are held 1/2 hour prior to departure. The M/V Thomas Laighton stops boarding 5 minutes before published departure time.
