Long Description: annSailing yacht "Idylle 1" is a comfortable 52ft/16m cutter sloop rigged offshore cruiser, designed by the famous naval architect German Frers and built by the well known French shipyard Beneteau.
Accommodation for the guests is in Four Large Double Cabins all with their own private WC/Shower en suite.
A fifth twin berthed cabin forward, with it's own entrance from the deck and private WC/Shower facilities serves as the crew quarters.

Price: From � 73 per person per day
Extra Price Information: The boat rates are � 800 per day for a minimum of 1 week's charter.
PLEASE NOTE! The prices INCLUDE: VAT, the services of a skipper and all runing expenses like fuel, local port dues and fresh water supplies, linen laundry, end boat cleaning plus many items that are often charged as extras, like outboard engine for the yacht's tender, Autopilot, GPS, Gennaker etc
DISCOUNTS:
10% for early bookings (before 31st of January)
10% for repeat clients
Long term charter discounts: 5% on 3d week, 10% on 4th week.
EXTRA CHARGES (upon request):
Hostess services at 2
�150 per day.
Halfboard (available only with Hostess) including Breakfast, Lunch. Snacks and Soft Drinks at �40 per person per day.
The above ECONOMY price of � 73 per person per day is on the basis of 11 guests aboard..
For a more COMFORTABLE sailing vacation up to 8 guests are recommended with a total cost in this case of � 100 per person per day.
For up to 6 guests occupying 3 double cabins the total cost is � 120 per person per day for chartering PRIVATELY the whole yacht (NOT shared charter!)
For up to 4 guests in 2 or 3 double cabins the total cost is � 160 per person per day.
For up to 2 guests in 1 or 2 double cabins the cost is � 250 per person per day
A 50% deposit upon the signing of the agreement is required to secure the charter. The rest of the total amount should be paid at least 1 month before embarkation.
All payments are by Bank tansfers and only when clients have received the original copies of the internationally used official legal contact, as required by the authorities and approved by the Merchant Marine Ministry, already signed and stamped by us.
This quarantees the safety, security and commitment of both parties.
Deposits: No Refundable Deposit against Damages or Equipment losses is required (normally around � 2000)
Cancellations: As described in the "Memorandum of Agreement for Sail Charter", the International document used as Contract and is officially approved by the Ministry of Merchant Marine, the Port Authorities and the Ship's Tax Office |

Policies: We try to get to "know" our guests before they join us aboard, in order to provide the best possible plan for a comfortable and enjoyful sailing vacation.
We work mostly in a personal way.
Many of our new guests are reccomended to us by clients that have sailed with Salty Dog in the past.
A geat number come back either with the same friends or family as before or with another group.
In our 20th year in operation as Salty Dog Sails we are proud and satisfied to welcome back repeatadly certain of our sailing friends.
Some even for more than 10 years in a row!
