The Captain reserves the right to cancel a trip due to weather or mechanical problems. If YOU cancel the trip, there will be no refund of deposit, unless another charter is booked in its place. You may then apply your deposit to a later date. Rain is NOT a factor.
Please wear sneakers or boat shoes; no work boots or black soled shoes.
No hard liquor or illegal drugs...or the trip will be ended immediately with loss of charter cost.
