Long Description: Welcome to the Rocky Mountains and our western home.
We have a variety of unique, exciting and fun-filled adventures planned for you while you are our guest in the Canadian West. And what's more, you'll have all this fun and adventure while your every need is tended to by our professional tour guides.
In addition, we create and deliver a wide range of personal and corporate "Western Experiences." Our escorted and fly/drive tours originate from Calgary, and include natural and historic sites, working guest ranches and B & B's, rodeos and native powwows, the Rocky Mountains, fine dining on local cuisine, shopping, and much more. We also work with individuals and groups to design and deliver custom itineraries that include your choice of locations and activities throughout Alberta and the Rocky Mountains.
And don't forget our PACK TRIPS, CATTLE DRIVES, WORKING RANCH STAYS and ROCKY MOUNTAIN WEDDING EXPERIENCES.

I'd just like to say thank you very much, from all of us, for helping us have a holiday of a lifetime. We enjoyed every minute of our visit to Canada and fulfilled the odd dream or two in the process! The Pack Trip was brilliant and Dave was heard saying at one point that it really was one of the best days of his life.
Shaunere and Brian made us incredibly welcome at the Ranch. We enjoyed riding out with Brian, who seemed happy to put up with our endless questions and our rendition of the theme tune to Bonanza (!) whilst riding along one day. We wouldn't have missed it for the world and it will be great fun to discuss it all again when the four of us get together to cross the Atlantic next year!

Price: CAN$2499 plus tax
Extra Price Information: The tour price is all-inclusive: transportation, accommodation, three meals per day, site and activity fees, and driver/guide.
Deposits: 25% (or $500, whichever is greater) at time of booking; balance of payment 60 days prior to departure.
Cancellations: Cancellations received by Home on the Range Adventure Tours Ltd. 60 days or more prior to departure will be subject to a CAN$500 per-person/per tour fee (or 25%, whichever is less). Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to departure will be subject to the following forfeit of tour fees: 59-45 days, 50% of tour cost; 44-15 days, 75% of tour cost; within 14 days, 100% of tour cost.
Claims & Refunds
Except for verifiable extenuating circumstances, refunds are not made for any missed tour services. For verifiable claims to be considered, they must be received in writing within 30 days of the termination of the tour. Any adjustment considered will be based on the actual cost of the services involved and not on a per diem basis. Adjustments will not be made for unused sightseeing trips or meals. Home on the Range Adventure Tours Ltd. will not accept any liability for any claims that are not received within 30 days of the termination of your tour. |

Policies: Terms and Conditions:
Prices are valid to August 31, 2007, and include: Planning, accommodation, meals, transportation, and site and activity admissions as specified in each individual tour description.
Not included in quoted tour prices:
Costs of obtaining passports or visas; airfares; personal expenses such as beverages (except those provided with included meals), laundry, and room service; communication charges; airport departure taxes; meals not included in the itinerary; optional activities; and personal, and medical insurance coverage. Baggage is at the owner's risk throughout the tour.
Changes:
Home on the Range Adventure Tours Ltd. reserves the right to make changes without notice to the tour itinerary, hotels, or any other aspects of the tour which are deemed necessary; or to refuse to accept or retain as a member of any tour any person at any time. We endeavor to keep changes to a minimum, and guarantee that the tour quality will not be diminished. We also reserve the right to cancel a tour if necessary. You will be given the option to transfer to another tour, or to receive a full refund.
Photography:
Home on the Range Adventure Tours Ltd. reserves the right to take photographs during the operation of any tour or part thereof, and to use the resulting photographs for promotional purposes. By booking a tour with Home on the Range Adventure Tours Ltd., tour guests agree to allow their image to be used in such photographs; tour guests who prefer that their image not be used are asked to identify themselves to the tour hosts at the commencement of their tour.
Limits on Responsibility for Independent Suppliers:
Home on the Range Adventure Tours Ltd. is an Alberta corporation based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. It purchases transportation, accommodation, restaurant and other services from various independent suppliers that are not subject to its control. Home on the Range Adventure Tours Ltd. cannot, therefore, be liable for personal injury, death, or any other loss that may occur (1) due to any act or omission of any such supplier, (2) by reason of any other event over which it has no control.
Method of Payment:
Payment may be forwarded (in Canadian Dollars) by draft or money order, payable to Home on the Range Adventure Tours Ltd., or by Visa or MasterCard. If paying by credit card, please complete and sign the bottom portion of the Registration Request prior to forwarding it to our office.
Payment of the program price constitutes your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions set out herein.
Conditions:
Home On The Range Adventure Tours Ltd. staff and agents will not be held responsible for, and shall be exempt from liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person and or his/her luggage and/or personal property, whenever the same shall arise from, or be occasioned by the negligence of Home On The Range Adventure Tours Ltd., their staff and agents, or any other person directly or indirectly in the employ of Home On The Range Adventure Tours Ltd. or otherwise under any circumstances whatsoever. |
