Tuna Hunter Fishing Charters offers full and half-day charters out of Gloucester, MA. Near Boston, Salem and Newburyport, Massachusetts.
Tuna Hunter Fishing Charters offers fly fishing, light tackle or the big guns - Penn 130 reels for giant bluefin tuna and shark fishing charters.
We are also into Kite Fishing - a hell of a bite - for bluefin tuna. Check with Captain Gary to see if conditions are right for kite fishing - it is an awesome hookup you will not forget.

Price: $950-$1200, $650 1/2 day/evening
Extra Price Information: Striped Bass, full day - $950
Cod and Haddock, full day, 9 hrs - $1200
Cod and Haddock Marathon - 12 hours, $1450.
Sharks, full day - $1200
Bluefin Tuna - $1200
Marathon Bluefin Tuna - $4500(overnight aboard Tuna Hunter, way offshore, for serious fishermen only!)
Striped Bass, half-day evening - $550

We will happily and tactfully assist novices in use of all tackle. Our goal is for all aboard to have fun and catch fish!
Deposits: We request a $600 deposit ($400 for half-days) to reserve your charter date, by a credit card # or by a check.
Full payment for the charter is due on the day of your charter, by cash or personal check. If credit card payment is necessary or preferred for corporate or accounting reasons, please let us know and online payment can be arranged.
Cancellations: Cancellations by the charterer must be made two weeks prior to the charters date for a full refund of the deposit.
In case of cancellations due to weather, made by the captain on the day of your charter, every effort will be made to reschedule the charter. If that is not possible, the deposit will be refunded. |

Policies: Tuna Hunter supplies all bait and tackle, and all bait, line, and fish handling throughout your charter. We will provide instruction in the use of all tackle and fishing techniques to suit the area and type of fishing on your charter. We will fillet and bag your catch at the end of the day.
Charters should bring your food and drink for the day, plus personal items such as suncreen, sunglasses, hats, jackets, warm clothes, etc. Local catering is available - just call us for arrangements to have your food delivered to Tuna Hunter Fishing Charters at the dock. |
