Long Description: We offer a wide variety of multi-day river adventures in Oregon and Idaho. Our most popular trips are our premier vacation-length adventures on Oregon's Wild & Scenic Rogue River and Idaho's Lower Salmon. We also offer a variety of shorter trips in Central Oregon on the McKenzie, Deschutes and North Umpqua Rivers as well as spring and early summer desert canyon adventures on the John Day and Owyhee Rivers. An Ouzel Outfitters river trip is a fully outfitted, professionally guided river journey with the highest dedication to the satisfaction and safety of each and every guest on each and every trip.
Family Trips have been our specialty since 1979, but we also offer trips and services for Charter Groups from schools and businesses to government and non-profit organizations. Make your trip a private adventure, add lodging, additional activities or a massage therapist, for example. Let us know what we can do to make your rafting trip special.
Our trips are "fully outfitted". This means that specialized equipment such as tents, sleeping bags, thick pads, personal water bottles, paddle jackets, paddle pants and flexible gourmet menus are included at no additional cost. It also means a wide variety of choices. On most multi-day trips, oar rafts, paddle rafts and inflatable kayaks are available each day; and options for hiking, game playing, interpretation or simply relaxing allow you to enjoy YOUR trip the way YOU want to. Most importantly, you'll find our guides to be highly skilled professionals who are knowledgeable about the environment, engaging with kids and dedicated to creating a safe environment for all. Deposits: Multi-Day Trips:
A deposit of $250 per person is due within 7 days of making your reservation for all Rogue, Salmon, John Day, Owyhee and Multi-sport trips and is non-refundable. A deposit of $100 per person is due within 7 days of making your reservation for all North Umpqua and Deschutes trips and is non-refundable. Final Payment is due 30 days prior to departure and in non-refundable. A 3% government user fee will be added to all multi-day trip fares.
Half & One-Day Trips:
Trip fares are paid in full at the time of reservation. Cancellations must be received by 10:00am the day before the trip to be eligible for a refund. All cancellations are subject to a $10 per person cancellation fee. The 3% government user fee is included in all half and one-day trip fares. |

Reservations are required on all trips and can be made by telephone, fax, mail, e-mail or securely online at www.OregonRafting.com. We accept personal and travelers checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Meeting instructions, packing lists, area information, travel insurance information and helpful planning tips will be emailed or sent upon receipt of your deposit. |
